What is covered by the Shipping Guarantee?

It guarantees that orders will be delivered on time and in good condition. Should an order be delayed customers would be eligible for a refund on the shipping paid. Orders covered by this guarantee are those where customers have selected one of the following shipping options at checkout:

  • 1 day
  • 2 day
  • 3 day

All other shipping options are considered non-guaranteed. Any delays in shipping may be resolved by resending the items as ordered, store credit, or a refund for the shipping amount paid. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and outside of the United States are not covered by our shipping guarantee. Also, USPS shipments and ground shipments from FedEx and UPS are not guaranteed. Late shipments to these locations or from the carriers/services do not qualify for refunds under our shipping guarantee.

Please note, orders that include a digital proof(s) may be delayed while awaiting customer approval. Such delays are not covered by the Shipping Guarantee.
