At Build a Head, we understand the importance of receiving your orders on time and in excellent condition. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in our Shipping Guarantee, which ensures that your orders are delivered within the promised timeframe. This article outlines the specifics of our Shipping Guarantee policy, including eligible shipping options, exceptions, and procedures for addressing delays.

Guaranteed Shipping Options

Our Shipping Guarantee applies to orders where customers have selected one of the following expedited shipping options at checkout:

  • 1 Day Shipping
  • 2 Day Shipping
  • 3 Day Shipping

These options are designed to provide our customers with the assurance that their orders will arrive promptly. Should there be any delay with these shipping methods, customers are entitled to a refund of the shipping fees paid.

Non-Guaranteed Shipping Options

It's important to note that all other shipping options are considered non-guaranteed. This includes shipments via USPS and ground shipments from FedEx and UPS. Orders shipped using these methods are not eligible for refunds under our Shipping Guarantee policy if they encounter delays.

Geographic Limitations

Our Shipping Guarantee does not extend to shipments destined for Alaska, Hawaii, or locations outside of the United States. Additionally, shipments delayed due to inclement weather, as per the policies of our shipping providers, do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Digital Proofs and Customer Approval

For orders that include digital proofs, please be aware that delays may occur while awaiting customer approval. Such delays are not covered by our Shipping Guarantee. We recommend prompt review and approval of proofs to ensure timely processing and delivery of your order.

Resolution of Delayed Shipments

In the event of a delay with a guaranteed shipping option, Build a Head offers several resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • Resending the Items: We can resend the items as originally ordered.
  • Store Credit: Customers may opt for store credit equivalent to 125% of the shipping amount paid.
  • Refund for Shipping Fees: A refund for the shipping amount paid can be issued.
