My tracking info shows as shipped, but it stopped updating. What now?

If your order included a guaranteed shipping option, please reach out directly to our team via chat or by emailing us at support@buildahead.com, and we will help resolve the issue.

If your order included a non-guaranteed shipping option, such as “Standard” or “2-3 Day Non-guaranteed Shipping”, then it is best to reach out to USPS directly with your tracking number to try and find the package. USPS has outlined recommended steps for following up on delayed or missing mail here. If USPS completes a Missing Mail Search, and the package is not found, please contact us for a refund.
