My order arrived late. What now?

If your order included a guaranteed shipping option, please reach out directly to our team via chat or by emailing us at support@buildahead.com, and we will help resolve the issue.

If your order included a non-guaranteed shipping option, such as “Standard” or “2-3 Day Non-guaranteed Shipping”, then by their nature, these shipments aren’t guaranteed to arrive by a particular date. The estimated delivery windows are just that: estimates. Deliveries may occur beyond the estimated windows.
