Most orders are printed and shipped the next business day. Because of this we consider orders final when placed, and thus we cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed.
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, contact our online chat support team as soon as possible (or email us if after hours at support@buildahead.com). If your order hasn't already been shipped our team will attempt to update your shipping address. If we cannot change the address, the order will be shipped to the original address entered. Such orders are not eligible for refunds.
Note: In rare instances, changes may incur additional shipping charges (such as shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or international) that customers may be responsible for.
