Once placed, orders are considered final. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped out, we can refund the shipping fee but not the product fee.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, no. We pride ourselves on getting orders out to customers quickly. Because we begin working on most orders almost immediately after they are placed, we are unable to make changes after an order has been finalized. -

Because our products are made to order and customized for each customer, we generally do not offer refunds or accept returns.
